John joined NSOLF in 2022 after a career in the conservation field with Westchester County. He is pleased to have an active role in preserving the  natural beauty of North Salem. He is an avid skier, cyclist and runner who spends most of his free time outdoors. 


Victoria Craig

Conservation Technician

Victoria joined NSOLF in 2023 with a degree in Environmental Sustainability from SUNY Oneonta and a love for exploring the outdoors. She supports forest restoration projects, stewards preserves, and creates content that shares NSOLF’s mission with the community. An avid hiker, traveler, and adventurer, she enjoys discovering new trails and wild places near and far.


Amanda Dickerson

Director of Communications

Amanda oversees communications for NSOLF, helping to highlight the beauty of the land and the importance of our conservation efforts. Through storytelling, events, and outreach, Amanda works to inspire a deeper connection to nature. She is an avid skier and spends lots of time outdoors with her family and her dog, Scarlett.


Andrew Middlebook

Director of Stewardship

Andrew joined NSOLF in 2018 and oversees the care and management of the foundation’s 1,400 acres of preserves and conservation easements. He brings extensive experience in natural resource management, regional conservation partnerships, and outdoor education. In his free time, Andrew enjoys being out on the water kayaking and fishing, as well as spending time hiking and birding.
