Preserve Rules and Policies
Horseback Riding
- Baxter Preserve is our only preserve that allows public riding. All other horseback trails are NSBTA marked trails and you must be a member to ride a horse on those trails.
- It is strongly advised if you are horseback riding on our trails that you become a member of NSBTA for continuity of bridle trail usage on private property.
Dog Walking
To ensure the well being of environmentally sensitive plants and animals, the ecology of water resources, as well as protecting the pristine and safe conditions for all visitors to our properties, dogs must be leashed and under the control of their owners at all times on all preserves.
We are grateful for your cooperation!
