Named for the time when a buck’s antlers reach their full length, this moon marks nature’s peak growth. We'll begin with a seated guided meditation to awaken the senses, followed by a slow, mindful walk around the meadow to ground and balance our energy for a restful evening. Led by Catherine Downs, a Reiki Master Practitioner and certified ANFT Forest Therapy Guide, this event offers a tranquil experience to connect with nature.
